Visa Invitation Letters
Depending on one’s citizenship, delegates to Slope Stability 2011 may need a Temporary Resident Visa to enter the country. To learn more about these requirements and whether or not they apply to you, please go to Citizenship and Immigration Canada at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/index.asp.
The visa application process may or may not require an official invitation letter – the embassy or consulate in your city/country will advise you. If an invitation letter is required, please send your request by e-mail to visa@slopestability2011.ca – be sure to quote your paper ID and paper title if you are an author of an accepted paper.
